Last updated: May 25, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of scammerwatch.com and the services provided through it. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

1. About ScammerWatch

ScammerWatch is an independent online fraud reporting and safety publication. We review reports of phishing pages, fake trading platforms, scam tokens, wallet drainers, impersonation attempts, and other online fraud. We publish safety guides and prepare structured abuse reports for submission to registrars, hosting providers, payment processors, and security teams.

ScammerWatch does not provide financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or cybersecurity consulting. Nothing published on this website should be interpreted as a recommendation to trade, invest, or take any financial action.

2. Use of This Website

You may use ScammerWatch for personal, non-commercial informational purposes. You must not:

  1. Reproduce, copy, republish, or redistribute content from ScammerWatch without permission
  2. Use content from ScammerWatch to create derivative works for commercial purposes
  3. Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems
  4. Use the website to submit false, misleading, or abusive reports

3. Submitting a Report

When you submit a report through ScammerWatch, you confirm that:

  1. The information you have provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge
  2. You have the right to share the evidence you are submitting
  3. You are not submitting a false, malicious, or bad-faith report
  4. You understand that submitting a report does not guarantee any specific outcome, including takedown, suspension, refund, or legal action

ScammerWatch reserves the right to reject, anonymise, edit, or remove any submitted report at its discretion, without obligation to notify the submitter.

4. How We Use Submitted Reports

Reports submitted to ScammerWatch may be used to:

  1. Review and classify fraud claims according to our published methodology
  2. Prepare abuse reports for submission to registrars, hosting providers, payment processors, security teams, and law enforcement
  3. Update and publish report statuses on the website
  4. Improve safety content and fraud documentation

If a submitted report appears relevant to phishing, domain abuse, hosting abuse, platform impersonation, or other online harm, ScammerWatch may share part of the submitted information with the relevant registrar, hosting provider, security team, platform, or law enforcement authority. We share only the minimum information necessary for the abuse report. We do not share reporter contact details in provider-facing reports unless the reporter explicitly consents.

Submitting a report does not create a client relationship, legal representation, or any contractual obligation between the submitter and ScammerWatch.

5. No Financial or Legal Advice

Content published on ScammerWatch — including fraud reports, safety guides, risk assessments, and verification reports — is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or cybersecurity consulting.

ScammerWatch is not a financial regulator, law enforcement agency, legal service provider, or consumer protection authority. We do not have the authority to order takedowns, freeze accounts, compel refunds, or initiate legal proceedings.

6. Accuracy of Published Content

ScammerWatch makes reasonable efforts to review evidence carefully and present findings accurately. However, we do not guarantee that every report is complete, current, or free from error. Report statuses reflect the information available at the time of review and may be updated when new information becomes available.

Published risk assessments and verification reports are based on publicly available information. They do not constitute legal determinations of fraud, criminal conduct, or civil liability. ScammerWatch expressly disclaims any representation that a platform reviewed on this website is definitively fraudulent or definitively legitimate.

If you believe a report on ScammerWatch contains inaccurate information, contact us at [email protected] with supporting evidence. We will review the submission and update or correct the report if warranted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ScammerWatch excludes all liability for loss or damage arising from use of this website, reliance on published content, submission of a report, or any outcome — or lack of outcome — following a submitted report.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
